PS•3000 Series Waffle Grid Form

The PS•3000 Series Form is available in 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch sizes. This form provides our customers with a superior and cost-effective product for residential and commercial construction.

The PS•3000 Series’ improved tongue-and-groove design makes this form reversible and easy to install on the job site. Both the studs and the concrete cores are easily aligned by the markings on each side of the recessed attachment. Any type of wall covering can be mechanically secured to the generous surface area provided by the 1-1/2″ width of each stud. The recessed attachment stud also allows for easy application of synthetic stuccos without any additional preparation work.

Our new patented welded steel tie offers more strength, improved concrete flow, fire resistance and a larger, more secure attachment stud to the best insulating concrete form in the industry.
